Payment of application fee to universities

Based on the cooperation agreement Nr. 2225 Prot and Nos. 18-247 Prot dated 09.07.2018 affiliated with the Inter-University Center for Telematics Services and Networks (RASH), Albanian Post performs the registration fee collection service at the Higher Education Institutions.

The service is carried out in all Albanian Post Offices.

The application fee is ALL 2,000 and the service commission is ALL 50.

Regarding the procedure followed, the graduates apply to the U – Albania portal to generate the invoice for payment and pay at the post office. The invoice for collection is composed of two parts of which the second part is given to the client together with the collection order and the first part is administered by the Post Office.

The deadline to complete the first phase of college application fee collection is July 25, 2019.
